Discussion Forum Instructions
To reply to a BLA discussion forum topic:
- Open the topic. From http://www.blaparents.org, click on the topic if it’s in Recent Discussions or click DISCUSSION FORUMS and navigate to the desired Forum name and topic. You must be logged in to respond to a topic.
- If you’re not logged in, enter your Username and Password and click LOGIN. Once you’re logged in, the topic will reopen with a POST REPLY button.
- Click POST REPLY to open a Post a New Reply form.
- Type your reply in the Message area and click PREVIEW POST. A Preview form reveals your reply as others will see it. You can change and preview your reply as many times as you want.
- When you’re ready to post your reply, click SUBMIT POST
To post a new topic on a BLA Discussion Forum:
- From http://www.blaparents.org, click DISCUSSION FORUMS to navigate to the Boston Latin Academy Forum page. You must be logged in to post a new topic.
- If you’re not logged in, enter your Username and Password and click LOGIN.
- Click on the Forum Name (for example, General) where you want to post your new topic.
- Click NEW TOPIC to open a Post a New Topic form.
- Type in your topic TITLE and MESSAGE.
- Click PREVIEW POST to open a preview of your topic as others will see it. You can change and preview your topic as many times as you want.
- When you’re ready to post your new topic, click SUBMIT POST.
