Hi, this is the captain of the swim team, john Casper. 
I just want to announce that swimteam season is starting in a month and we are looking for new members to join.  We are a co-ed team and we compete in the city league but also face non-league teams.  We practice at the Condon pool in South Boston from 2:30 to 4 and we have meets there and at the Flaherty pool in Roslindale. The coach is Mark Thomas.

The other captains and I will be going around the homerooms starting tomorrow and talking about the team and giving out applications.

The captains are going to have a meeting afterschool on Thursday in room 206 for everyone who is interested in the team.  You can hold onto the application till the 1st practice which is on Monday, November 26th.  The coach then collects them.
