I just found out that BCYF (Boston Centers for Youth & Families) the headquarters for all the Community Centers & Parks, Recreation & Fitness in Boston; on Tremont Street (after Reggie Lewis Center but before you hit Brigham Hosp) on the 3rd flr at the top of the stairs is the GED center but it is also where they give out the SAT & College waivers.  Available to City of Boston residents.  Mike Farma or Steve Ross at Boston Centers for Youth & Families (BCYF) Central Office.
