My daughter wants to start guitar lessons. She is good with her hands but she’s not going to kill herself to become a prodigy. Any suggestions? We live over in Brighton.

Tell her to talk to Mr. Van on the 1st floor right by the lunch room. He is the band teacher, grey hair, scary looking guy, very mellow, but very nice. He is AMAZING with all of the instruments, many of the band students ended up in Berkley, so either he can teach her, or recommend very good ones.
