The BLA Classics Club (BLACC) is sponsoring a Sally Foster fundraiser to support the club and their many activities. If your student belongs to the BLACC, please encourage him/her to fundraise for the club. Club members who need a fundraising packet can get one from Ms. Fillion in Room 319.

The BLA Booster Club (the Parent Council’s fundraising committee) has been invited to participate in this fundraiser. Ms. Fillion, the faculty director of the BLACC, has offered to share the fundraiser proceeds with the Booster Club if we participate. If your family wants to sell for the Booster Club and your student is not a BLACC member, have your student pick up a fundraiser packet from Ms. Fillion in Room 319 or contact Ms. Fillion at

hi very happy to purchase Sally Foster items.  My daughter brought home the catalog yesterday.  Please use some of the money for the girls soccer team and probably other BLA sports.  I went to my daughter’s home games and was very surprised to find out that she does not have her own soccer uniform.  The girls have to share shirts...when someone comes off the field they take off their shirt and someone else puts it on...not very healthy to wear a shirt that someone else has worn and sweated in!  I understand passing in the uniforms after the game so that they can be counted and washed but sharing shirts...that is just gross! 
I don’t know what the other sports do...my daughter is a 7th grader...so we are new to this.

Thank you for helping out with the Sally Foster fundraiser. If your daughter is a member of the Classics Club, she must raise money for them. If not, she can raise money for the BLA Booster Club.

That aside...who is the coach for girls soccer? If you could e-mail me his/her contact information or ask him/her to contact me, I can see about helping out with the uniforms.
